Your New Role
The Regional Financial Controller will play a critical role in shaping the finance organisation, driving best-in-class processes and practices. You will partner closely with Finance Control and Operations teams to improve controls and the operational control environment of the business, ensuring strong financial controls and processes are in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of the month-end process for Balance Sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Plan and deliver component entity audits for Asia and the Middle East, meeting agreed timetables and regulatory deadlines
- Develop and implement strategies to improve controls and the operational control environment of the business
- Collaborate with FP&A and FBP teams on Asia and Middle East responsibilities, ensuring seamless integration of finance functions
- Prioritise resource against key financial objectives, driving results and improving efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest level of integrity and governance
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years post-qualified experience in Financial Control roles, preferably in a blue-chip company
- An Accounting qualification
- Experience in people management and development
