Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure network stability and cybersecurity.
  • Support user acceptance testing and execute system deployments.
  • Document technical procedures and specifications.
  • Perform administrative duties such as procurement and inventory management.
  • Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in computing or related fields and possess solid experience in providing technical support on cloud platforms. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also essential.
