Key Responsibilities- Act as a checker for all payroll-related matters, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payroll processing.
- Support annual compensation and benefits projects, including budgeting, benefits renewal, salary, and bonus review.
- Assist in reviewing HR policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with HK Employment Ordinance and other local regulations.
- Participate in system enhancements to identify and resolve issues or discrepancies, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Compile regular HR-related statistics and reports for management review.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense and capable of handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Well-organized, highly attentive to details, and good problem-solving skills.
- Good time management, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Innovative and able to bring new ideas to the team.
- Excellent team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience, particularly in payroll operation. Experience in banking or financial industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in using HR systems. (Experience in using SuccessFactors and MRC is an advantage)
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Ordinance, MPF, Tax regulations, and related legal regulatory in Hong Kong.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
