The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs, with expertise in project management, governance, and strategic planning.

About the Role

This senior-level position reports directly to the Regional Head of Project Management and Governance and is responsible for leading high-visibility projects and programs across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.

The estimated salary for this role is HK$1,200,000 - HK$1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.

  • Leverage industry best practices and methodologies to drive project success and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Analyze and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and build strong relationships.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
