Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Officer to join our team at Chubb Life. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our insurance brokers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries via telephone, written correspondence, and personal visits to provide policy information, general guidelines, and product knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist managers in preparing daily operation and management reports to ensure seamless business operations.
  • System Enhancements: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products and system enhancements to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide occasional support to the company as needed.
  • Business As Usual (BAU): Collaborate with managers to maintain daily operations in good shape, both onshore and offshore.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in driving Straight-Through Processing (STP) and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in customer servicing, preferably in the financial industry. Strong customer orientation, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
