Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Leader to lead our Private Cloud team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the overall technical operation and management of relevant projects.
  2. Serve as a senior technical expert and escalation point for Residential Engineers.
  3. Conduct regular technical and operation review meetings with Customer representatives.
  4. Prepare operation reports on platform status, including capacity, performance, service level, etc.
  5. Review process and operation improvement with Customer representatives.
  6. Provide professional technical advisory and change management on cloud platform architecture for ensuring availability.
  7. Develop and maintain system recovery and disaster recovery plans.
  8. Devise technology refreshment plans for private cloud.
  9. Lead team handling ITSM processes, including incidents, problems, and changes.
  10. Facilitate customer requirements, e.g. compliance audit.
  11. Track achievement of Service Levels and private cloud compliance.
  12. Maintain documentation for hardware/software configuration.
  13. Arrange product roadmap and upcoming Cloud feature updates.
