Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services through the strategic implementation, enforcement, and ongoing enhancement of the ITIL framework and related processes.
- Oversee and implement initiatives in areas such as change management, password management, and software license oversight.
- Administer privileged accounts within production systems and guarantee timely password releases to address incidents effectively.
- Provide occasional out-of-hours support for resetting privileged passwords as needed.
- Evaluate change documentation and project outputs to confirm compliance with various quality and security standards.
- Collaborate with project teams and IT support groups to align on new project rollout strategies and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the implementation and enforcement of ITIL processes within substantial in-house environments, including Asset Management (hardware and software license control), Change Management, and Privileged Password Management.
- ITIL v3 or v4 foundation certification is preferred (Full subsidy available for ongoing development to intermediate level).
- Familiarity with ITSM and password management tools; experience with BMC Helix, ServiceNow, and CyberArk is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese, both verbal and written.
