About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Engineer and contribute to our mission. You will work closely with different parties, including sales and application teams, to ensure product and service quality achievement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing installation, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance services of medical equipment in Hong Kong & Macau.
- Ensuring proper use of tool & testing equipment and reporting usage on any related service report.

Your Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
