Within this context, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Segment to join our team. Reporting directly to the Deputy Head of Segment & Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our wealth management business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive business plans to drive growth and revenue within the wealth management segment;
- Formulate strategies to enhance overall market share and competitiveness, including the development of new products, customer segments, markets, and sales channels;
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers;
- Drive the enhancement of existing wealth management products and services, ensuring seamless integration with relevant systems, documentation, and sales support tools;
- Launch innovative products and services, leveraging end-to-end commercialization strategies and ongoing performance monitoring;
- Direct investment product teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs, conduct regular evaluations, and optimize approved marketing budgets;
- Coordinate with sales channels and other departments to facilitate quality sales and after-sales service delivery, maximizing the effectiveness of sales campaigns;
- Support the preparation of management and regulatory reports;
- Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Hold a degree in Finance or a related field;
- Minimum 10 years of solid experience in product development, preferably within the banking sector;
- Deep understanding of investment regulations and risk management frameworks;
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Aggressive, goal-oriented, and committed to driving business success;
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks under pressure;
- Good people management and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese languages.
