Part-time Lecturer, Lingnan Institute of Further Education

Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE) is a self-financing arm of Lingnan University, providing various full-time academic programmes and part-time professional continuing education programmes to meet the diverse learning needs of society. We are now inviting applications for the following subject areas:

Associate Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma Programme

1. History

2. Sports Coaching/Management

3. Foundation Programmes (Diploma of Applied Education & Applied Learning Programmes')

4. Japanese Language and Culture

5. Korean Language and Culture

6. Mathematics & Maths Plus

7. Sports and Fitness Training

General Requirements:

- A Master's degree or above in a relevant discipline

- Substantial relevant teaching experience in the tertiary education sector

- May be required to teach on Saturdays

For Post 3 and 4:

- Should have a native or near-native mastery of Japanese/Korean proficiency

- Must obtain qualification in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at N2 for Japanese Language course, qualification in Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) level 5 for Korean Language course

Appointment:

The conditions of appointment will be competitive. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
