Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at Shangri-La. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa facilities and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the spa team, including scheduling, staff supervision, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of spa services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of spa-related events and promotions.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all spa treatments meet high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue growth, expense management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and innovations to enhance the spa experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the spa industry, preferably in a hospitality background.
  • Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is highly preferred.
  • CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC / WSQ qualifications and other recognized certificates are advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills, with a proven record in managing teams to drive revenue and achieve target performance.
  • Excellent command of English, with Chinese language skills a plus.
Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
