We are seeking a highly motivated Client Servicing Officer to join our Private Banking team at The Bank of East Asia, Limited (BEA). As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in providing first-class customer service to our valued clients.

Key Accountabilities
  • You will work collaboratively with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality credit proposals, amendments, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Provide expert advice on securities investments and other banking products to meet clients' needs.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of remittance, loans, deposits, and securities investment transactions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • You must hold a university degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in banking and customer service.
  • Prior experience in private banking is highly recommended.
  • A passed Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • A relevant HKIB qualification would be advantageous.
  • You should possess strong knowledge of banking procedures, credit, and investment products.
  • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills is required.
  • You must have a good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
