We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inspector of Works to join our team at AECOM. As an Inspector of Works, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and quality control issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality control and assurance plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of site experience in site supervision, including 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the capacity of Inspector of Works.
- Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE).
- Attended required Occupation Safety and Health Management Course, Basic Accident Prevention Course, Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card), and Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.
