Predictive Analytics Growth Strategist

Portcast, a venture-backed startup predicting global trade flows to enhance profitability for logistics and shipping companies, is seeking a skilled Predictive Analytics Growth Strategist. Located in Singapore, the company offers a fast-paced environment where you will be empowered to develop and execute marketing plans that drive growth and lead generation.
About the role:
You will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy by developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels. You'll specialize in SEO, growth tactics, and marketing automation to increase brand visibility and conversion rates. This hands-on role requires creativity, data-driven decision-making, and adaptability in a high-growth environment. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and data teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
The Role
- Develop end-to-end growth strategies focused on lead generation, MQLs, and optimizing conversion rates.
- Own and optimize organic and sometimes paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, content campaign, email marketing, etc.) designed to convert traffic into qualified leads.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive qualified leads through on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Lead the development of new landing pages, including localization in multiple languages, assessing developer efforts and coordinating with their team to meet technical requirements.
- Own the technical integration and automation of marketing tools (Hubspot, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs) to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Must be proficient in setting up workflows on Hubspot.
- Manage inbound lead qualification and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Leverage data analytics to track performance metrics, optimize growth levers, and improve marketing ROI. Develop actionable reports and performance dashboards to support data-driven marketing decisions.
Ideal Profile
To thrive in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role, with a focus on growth marketing and SEO.
- Expertise in SEO strategies and tactics, including keyword research, technical SEO, and performance analysis.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation techniques.
- Experience with Hubspot, marketing automations, and other technical tooling. A/B testing experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in early-stage or high-growth startups managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion optimization (nice to have).
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to take ownership of projects from end to end and work autonomously to drive results.
