We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. This role is responsible for managing facilities BMS system, providing technical support for hardware and software issues, evaluating and testing new technology or systems to ensure efficient operation, monitoring and maintaining systems and networks to ensure optimised performance, preparing reports and documentation related to system functions and maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, system errors or other technical issues, communicating with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions, and implementing system updates, improvement plans and new installations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities BMS system and providing technical support to our teams.
