Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technical Specialist to join our team at Novo Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd. As an IT Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 support position and excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • You will be responsible for responding to service requests, incidents, and trends, and actively detecting recurring problems or service hazards to enhance our internal procedures and customer service.
  • You will also contribute expertise to our team and self-service portals to aid in incident resolution and ensure that all devices are patched and running the most recent versions of the operating system.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 support position
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Administration, Teams, Outlook, and Sharepoint
  • Strong working knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and support for Windows and Linux
  • Familiarity with Endpoint Central and other IT asset management and automation tools
  • Support for audio-video and video conferences
  • Knowledge of issue tracking and resolution ticketing systems, such as ZenDesk, ServiceNow, or comparable
