Job Overview: As a Senior Business Technology Manager, you will be responsible for driving the technology agenda in Personal Banking. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise among business stakeholders, IT units, and vendors to define and implement business requirements effectively.
  • Plan and manage project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, production rollout, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system requirement analysis, effort estimation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide production support to business units and coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress and issues with project teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge in investment or debit card products is an advantage.
