Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Head of Performance Marketing to join our team, driving exceptional top-line growth across all Sleek global markets and arenas. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll establish a world-class performance marketing practice, leveraging technology, data, and science to stay at the cutting edge.
Key Responsibilities- Accelerate growth in all Sleek markets through increased investments and returns.
- Achieve ROAS targets for all countries, while driving high growth, through mastery in bidding, landing page optimization, and campaign management.
- Transform the performance marketing practice by increasing automation and technology use, making it fully data-driven and scalable.
- Constantly run new experiments with new channels, formats, and approaches to improve performance.
- Hire and train a team of highly skilled performance marketers.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Head of Performance Marketing or Senior Performance Manager. You'll have a deep understanding of Paid Search campaign optimization and be a Google Ads ninja. Behavioral fit is also crucial, with a proven track record of embodying ownership, humility, structured thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to have tough conversations in a positive way.
