Head of Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities- Accelerate growth in all Sleek markets through increased investments and returns.
- Achieve ROAS targets for all countries, while driving high growth, through mastery in bidding, landing page optimization & campaign management.
- Transform performance marketing practice by increasing the level of automation and use of technology, to make it fully data-driven & provide a foundation for further scaling.
- Constantly run new experiments with new channels, formats & approaches to improve performance.
- Hire & Train a team of highly skilled performance marketers.
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Performance Marketing with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Paid Search campaign optimization and be a Google Ads ninja. Additionally, they will embody the following attributes:
