Our client, an international law firm with a presence across the globe, seeks a skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join their Accounting and Finance team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of billing, addressing billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records.

About the Role

  • Responsible for end-to-end billing cycle from logging to preparation
  • Act as a subject matter expert to assist with any billing issues for both internal and external clients
  • Maintain client database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

Responsibilities

  • Handle all billing aspects for assigned attorneys, including distribution, logging, and processing client billing
  • Collaborate with team members on other assigned or required duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree majored in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or other related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting/similar positions, preferably from legal/professional services industry
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a must
