Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team in Central. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing a full set of accounts, and providing critical support to our business.

  • Oversee financial accounting operations and manage a full set of accounts.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with the UK headquarters on financial and accounting matters.
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end closing and assist in payroll and recruitment functions.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor and manage financial accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide critical support in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with the UK headquarters on financial and accounting matters.
  • Manage the month-end closing process and ensure seamless integration with other departments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Accounting, preferably with CPA membership.
  • Minimum 8-9 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Solid experience in full set of accounts and management reporting.
  • Proven ability in preparing budgets, financial analysis, and forecasts.
  • A background gained from a multinational company, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
