Corporate Services Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Job Overview
- Provide general support to the business development team in all aspects of corporate services.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of statutory records, preparation of minutes and resolutions.
- Operate clients' bank accounts and collect outstanding client billings.
- Work closely with clients, other professionals, and financial institutions.
- Maintain accuracy of client and in-house databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and supervise officers/administrators.
- Monitor and maintain good business practices and regulatory compliance.
- Undertake initial corporate actions for newly incorporated/transfer-in companies.
- Prepare and maintain corporate documents and records.
- Ensure timely company renewals and achieve team KPIs.
Requirements
- Membership of HKICS or CGI, degree holder preferred.
- At least 5 years relevant experience gained from a sizable professional firm.
- Knowledge of CSA software program and PC skills essential.
- Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Experience in Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV) and knowledge in trust administration.
