Corporate Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial and administrative support to clients, including preparing and filing corporate documents, maintaining and updating corporate records, and drafting minutes and board resolutions.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and payments.
- Work with seniors to resolve complex client requests and cases.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, preferably in professional services firms.
- Good educational background and relevant qualifications, such as HKCGI or STEP, are advantageous.
- Experience with offshore incorporated companies, particularly BVI and Cayman, is an asset.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work in a team are essential.
