As a Senior Consultant for Atlassian Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients' Atlassian deployments. Your expertise will be vital in navigating clients through the intricate landscape of Atlassian products, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues to guarantee a smooth and positive experience. Employ expert troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues, with a focus on preventing future occurrences. Perform application upgrades, optimize performance, develop custom plugins, and implement applications to improve system capabilities. Execute technical tasks as directed by the project's technical lead, contributing to project goals. Support the technical lead in conducting workshops and client discovery sessions to understand and fulfill project requirements. Acquire technical expertise and certifications to proficiently deliver client projects on the necessary platforms. Assist in client scoping efforts as directed by technical and sales leads, ensuring precise project estimations and planning.Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline. 3-5 years of direct experience in software development, showcasing a solid foundation in software principles. Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team settings. Proficiency in English (Cantonese is a plus) with excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions with clients and team members. Demonstrated technical proficiency in command line interfaces (preferably Unix), SQL, scripting, software configuration, and other relevant technologies. A proactive growth mindset dedicated to continuous learning and embracing new technologies.Preferred Qualifications:
Atlassian Product Certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, ACP-400, ACP-420, ACP-520, ACP-610, or ACP-620) are highly desirable. Experience in managing and administering Atlassian products will be considered an asset. Familiarity with Agile principles and terminology, with SAFe 3.0 or above experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of Atlassian Cloud, Atlassian Server, and Data Center versions. Demonstrable experience with cloud and server migrations, as well as competitor migrations to the three different Atlassian platforms.AS A SENIOR CONSULTANT FOR ATLASSIAN SOLUTIONS, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Collaborate with Atlassian Developers, Experts, and world-class clients. Develop custom plugins and enhance your consulting and client-facing skills. Train others on best practices for utilizing Jira and Confluence, acting as an expert resource. Consult and educate on product adoption and usage, including changing work methodologies.
