We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at JC Executive Search. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end payroll operations and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective C&B strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement C&B strategies to support business growth.
  • Manage payroll operations, including salary payments, MPF, benefits, and taxation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and leave records.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees on C&B-related matters.
  • Analyze data and prepare management reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement changes effectively.

Requirements
  • Degree holder with solid experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations for a sizable organization.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in using SAP Success Factors is an advantage.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of employer and employee information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data inputting with high levels of accuracy.
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
