At Estée Lauder Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Media Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies across paid, owned, and earned platforms to drive business growth and improve media planning, execution, and measurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement media strategies to achieve business objectives, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to improve media planning, execution, and measurement, targeting local and Chinese traveling consumers.
  • Lead affiliate governance for influencer and event marketing strategies across brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain influencer analytics platforms and support usage across brands to monitor influencer marketing ROI.
  • Review media plans and consumer marketing strategies for brands, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and local context.
  • Track brand media investments and measure their return separately for each brand, developing actionable recommendations to improve media effectiveness.
  • Own local media and China market landscaping, competitive benchmarking, and agency relationship management.
  • Lead relationships with media platforms to leverage best practices and regional joint business partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, communication, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, PR, and influencer marketing, preferably in beauty/luxury retail/FMCG fields.
  • Hands-on experience with customer-related analytic projects and knowledge on how to measure marketing activities and customer metrics.
  • Familiarity with media and influencer analytics platforms.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese.
