About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Supervisor to join our team at L'Atelier. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of campaign management, including full-media planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid and senior client relationships
  • Independently manage local campaigns and handle day-to-day operations
  • Assist line manager in setting up tech stacks
  • Assist and contribute to high-level strategy and digital development
  • Guide and coach the team to improve day-to-day operation excellence
  • Develop and advance strategy and digital skills
  • Be the forefront of new global initiatives
What You'll Achieve
  • In three months, you will have built relationships with key clients and successfully managed local campaigns
  • In six months, you will have assisted in high-level strategy and digital development, and guided the team to improve day-to-day operation excellence
  • In 12 months, you will have independently managed all annual reviews, strategies, and plans for clients in HK, and successfully nurtured and coached the team to elevate digital skillsets
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in the media industry with full media planning capability
  • Familiarity with planning tools and market analysis, including consumer behavior study and competitor analysis
  • Team management experience
  • Proven client service capability
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Being innovative in providing solutions
  • New media trend sensitivity
  • Strong thinking habit and proactive, self-motivated
  • Quick learner, open to challenges
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
