Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage a team of support staff, including receptionists, to provide administrative support to our professionals and ensure the smooth operation of our centers.
- Center Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our centers, including managing resources, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- HR Functions: Manage basic HR functions, including annual leave, sick leave, and other benefits for full-time staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including parents and referral sources, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, referral sources, and other stakeholders to promote our services and build our reputation in the community.
Requirements:
- Experience: Must have experience in managing a learning center and medical practice, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, staff, and external partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, education, or social work.
- Language: Fluent oral English, strong Chinese writing, and conversational Putonghua.

Sprout In Motion Limited is a multidisciplinary child development center based in Hong Kong. We have a team of clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, mental health counselors, speech therapists, art therapists, occupational therapists, ABA therapists, and other specialists with extensive experience in autism spectrum disorders (ASD), ADHD/ADD, and mood disorders. We have been supporting over 4,000 students and 100 schools in the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area since 2013.
