Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Services Manager at China Construction Bank, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients who require customized financial solutions. Your primary goal will be to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.


You will execute strategies to meet individual revenue targets set by the Bank, while maximizing Bank profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
  • Conducting credit analysis and reviewing credit proposals
  • Ensuring credit and regulatory compliance
  • Maintaining good credit quality
  • Providing excellent customer service

Requirements for this role include:

  • University degree or equivalent in Business or Economics
  • Minimum 7 years relevant banking experience in trade financing and corporate lending
  • Strong business development skills and sound knowledge of banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
