  3. Analyze business needs, system challenges, testing criteria, and solutions.
  4. Prioritize requirements and communicate system architecture to key stakeholders for review and approval.
  5. Drive process improvements, introduce new technology applications, and provide innovative solutions.
  6. Collaborate with in-house or outsourced developers to resolve technical issues and ensure effective solutions.
  7. Deliver training and workshops on new applications.
  8. Generate regular IT/Security reports for internal and external audiences.
  9. Manage business continuity planning and disaster recovery exercises.
  10. Develop and oversee the annual IT plan and budget.
  11. Coordinate annual IT security penetration testing.
  12. Undertake various ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  13. Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
