Who we are looking for:

A senior developer with extensive experience in React Native/Typescript.

You are passionate about new technologies and digital innovation. You have already worked in an Agile environment driven by Time-To-Market, you communicate efficiently, are independent and able to make impactful significant proposals.

Most importantly, you are someone who loves CODING

Within exciting projects, you will initiate development projects, carry out scoping studies, implement architectures and write architecture documents. You will assist our customers in adopting the new architecture patterns imagined by Web giants. On these occasions, you will carry out code, performance and security audits as well as architecture studies.

You:

  • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
  • Ensuring high performance and responsiveness to any technical requests
  • You are familiar with Agile / Scrum Methodologies and will be part of daily stand up, backlog management, demos, retros, etc.
  • Be involved in pre-sales and proposal activities.
  • Ensuring not only development but also testing, maintenance, and support
  • Guiding and mentoring other developers.
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in cross-platform mobile app development (React Native/Flutter/Typescript)
  • You are interested in designing scalable, reliable and secure software using a combination of different languages, frameworks, libraries and technical environments.
  • You like to work in all phases of a rapid product development lifecycle: You are familiar with Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and interested in learning more about Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, TDD, BDD, or XP.
  • You are communicative with a good sense of idealism and pragmatism.
  • You are endlessly curious and thrive in an environment where you are continually learning and solving new problems.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin

Qualifications

As our company transitions into an AI-focused firm, all developers are expected to demonstrate proficiency in AI-augmented development practices. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Deep technological expertise and a strong software development background.
  • Experience in developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications
  • Proficiency in working with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ...) for code generation and problem-solving.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering principles for optimal AI tool interaction.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with AI tools while maintaining code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Critical thinking to validate and verify AI-generated code and solutions.
  • Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Independent thinker with a strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of common programming patterns and principles.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines.
