Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced General Accounting Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our accounting functions, including handling accounts payable and journal entries.

You will perform general accounting duties such as data recording, processing purchase invoices and statements, and assisting with year-end closing procedures. Additionally, you will check procurement documents and perform bank reconciliations.

A strong candidate will have a tertiary education in a related field, student membership of HKIAAT or a Diploma in Accounting equivalent, and at least 2 years of relevant working experience with proficient PC skills.

The successful candidate will work on renewable contract terms and will be required to send their full resume with current and expected salary upon application.
