Job Description:

As a Finance Professional at BCD Meetings & Events, you will be responsible for managing the full scope of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to optimize billing and AR collection processes.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vendor master data profiles in financial ERP systems.
  • Perform due diligence on new vendors, verifying details and supporting documents.
  • Prepare and approve payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial ERP systems.
  • Verify payment and claims for reimbursement, corporate card, and travel expenses.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and ad-hoc matters as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent with professional certification from a local or international accountancy body.
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience or fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as a team player and independently.
