We are currently building a panel of leading banking and finance lawyers in the areas of expertise set out below. If you are a highly-skilled and self-driven lawyer with top-tier technical experience in these areas, then we are keen to hear from you:

  • General lending
  • Asian syndicated loan markets
  • Leverage finance
  • Real estate finance
  • Equity-backed and hybrid financing
  • Subscription line facilities
  • APLMA loan documentation

Key Requirements

  • A right to work and reside in Hong Kong
  • Qualification to practise in at least one of England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
  • Prepared to set up a Personal Services Company
  • A minimum of four years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm in this field
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience, ideally with some Asian experience
  • In-house legal experience at leading financial services institutions/corporates preferred (directly or as a secondee)
  • Self-starter with a commitment to building a career as a consultant and a drive to achieve at a high level whilst working as a consultant
  • Adept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multi-national project environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Client service-focused, with exemplary client service ethic and commitment
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Resilient, adaptable, autonomous and highly credible
  • Advanced organisational skills and diplomacy
