**Job Summary**

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their team. As a key member of the company's legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line legal advice and assistance on commercial agreements and investment projects.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and regularly update contract templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Contribute to regional compliance under company law and telecom regulations for regional offices in Asia Pacific.
  • Research local regulatory and other legal requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Document internal procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Provide ongoing advice and periodic training to business teams on legal matters.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong or Singapore admitted lawyer with at least 4+ years' PQE corporate law experience.
  • Experience in the telecom industry and/or M&A/Investment projects is preferred.
  • Ability to draft legal documents in both English and Chinese.
  • General legal knowledge in other common law jurisdictions will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
