We are currently building a panel of leading funds and asset management lawyers who work in asset management divisions of the world's leading financial institutions, private bank businesses, and global and regional investment funds.

Key Requirements

  • A right to work and reside in Hong Kong
  • Qualification to practice in at least one of England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia
  • A minimum of four years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm in this field
  • In-house legal experience at leading financial services institutions/corporates preferred (directly or as a secondee)
  • Self-starter with a commitment to building a career as a consultant and a drive to achieve at a high level while working as a consultant
  • Adept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multi-national project environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Client service-focused, with an exemplary client service ethic and commitment
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Resilient, adaptable, autonomous, and highly credible
  • Advanced organisational skills and diplomacy
