Marketing Manager Opportunity

As a Marketing Manager, you will support marketing initiatives for the firm's active and passive investment strategies, including mutual funds and ETFs. Your responsibilities will include developing and designing promotional materials, managing client relations, and maintaining and updating fund databases on public platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets, fund factsheets, and customized presentation packs for meetings.
  • Manage client relations for active strategies by coordinating responses to inquiries, such as AUM data, fund details, and performance statistics.
  • Maintain and update fund databases on public platforms, covering portfolio holdings, benchmarks, portfolio managers, and investment objectives.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by the line manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the asset management sector.
  • Previous exposure to the asset management field, ideally within ETF issuers.
  • In-depth understanding of ETFs is a must.
  • Experience with RFPs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and Morningstar tools is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
