Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Director to lead our financial operations and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily finance and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting* Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies, and accounting standards* Participate in business analysis, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting* Collaborate with external tax consultants on compliance matters* Implement, report, and monitor Counterparty Credit Risk, Large Exposure, and Basel 3 regulatory returns under the HKMA regime* Represent Finance Department to conduct and drive new product assessment; regulatory and system-related initiatives
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline* Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or equivalent* Minimum 7 years of experience with Big 4 background and commercial exposure* Experienced in people management* Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* Able to meet tight deadlines, responsible, and self-motivated* Well-organized, detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Benefits
