About the Role

As a Financial Services Expert - Private Banking, you will have the opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in the banking industry, build a deep understanding of various companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Business Integration / Migration / TOM projects within Private Banking. Additionally, it provides great exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to identify client needs and develop well-formulated solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients using business proposals and presentation decks.
  • Document projects into systems and processes for management review.
  • Cultivate close interactions with clients through regular project updates and networking.
  • Support team members with other project activities.

More experienced candidates will have additional responsibilities, including:

  • Independently driving the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and timely submission.
  • Managing a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and providing mentorship.
  • Participating in business development activities, including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Degree holder.
  • 3-6 years of experience in the banking, technology, and/or consulting industry.
  • Good understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry.
  • Ability to apply technology principles to business.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
  • Good understanding of private banking/wealth management business.
  • Highly analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex situations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • 3+ years of Change / Transformation experience within Private Banking Knowledge of Business Integration / Migration /TOM projects within Private Banking.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
