About the Role:

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting senior management in sizable companies, with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping. You will be responsible for managing the calendar of senior management, arranging meeting schedules, human resources support such as working visa application, accounting duties such as bookkeeping, AR, AP and payroll, MPF, maintaining license and certificate in HK/China, preparing reports to senior management, and providing personal assistance to senior management.
