Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 30-40 testers, including offshore resources, to execute comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Develop and implement UAT, automated, and manual testing plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing with project goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system performance through rigorous testing.
  • Implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide timely reports on testing progress and issues to stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate risks, and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of project management or testing leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Immediate Available candidates will be prioritised.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale testing phases, including UAT and automated testing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent English communication; Cantonese is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights when necessary.
