  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Manager to lead our IT projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, manage, and implement IT projects, leveraging expertise in system design, development, and support to deliver exceptional results.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, vendors, and stakeholders, to identify project requirements, estimate effort, design solutions, and ensure effective implementation and testing.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, track progress, and report status to senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions, and work closely with developers to resolve problems efficiently.
  5. Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate system integration design, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Requirements

  1. Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  2. 5+ years of application development experience, with 2+ years of solid project management experience; blockchain or digital currency experience is an advantage.
  3. 3+ years of experience in cloud development, cloud architecture, or DevOps; hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, or private cloud.
  4. Familiarity with cloud-native application development and microservices architecture.
  5. Proven track record of designing, running, and managing sizable banking projects is a plus.
  6. Solid knowledge and experience in areas such as Linux, Java, Node.js, database design, NoSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Apache web server, IBM WebSphere, IBM RAD, IBM Rational ClearCase, Jenkins, Docker, Spring, GitLab, and Maven.
  7. Strong presentation, negotiation, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Able to work independently, under pressure, and willing to learn.
  9. Self-motivated and adaptable to changes.
  10. Proficiency in both Chinese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  11. Leadership and experience in remote development is a plus.
