Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks related to various financial functions, including:
    (i) generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
    (ii) compiling analytical reports for financial and cost assessments;
    (iii) managing daily accounting activities, budget approvals, and annual budgeting processes; and
    (iv) collaborating with the Finance Head Office to coordinate with external auditors during the yearly audit;
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of accounting policies, procedures, and computerized financial systems;
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for new projects and initiatives;
  • Oversee and manage the clerical and support staff to ensure efficient operations within the unit;
  • Undertake specific projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A recognized degree or equivalent professional credentials;
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in larger organizations;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and computerized accounting/procurement systems;
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, and communication abilities;
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines.
