Investment Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Services Specialist to join our team at AIA International Limited. As a key member of our investment operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily investment operations for our MPF and pension platform, including trade order placement, valuation and reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the daily investment operations for the MPF and pension platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
- Monitor regulatory obligations, including cashflow monitoring, CMR requirements, and post-trade compliance monitoring.
- Review and ensure accuracy of regulatory reportings, including annual audits and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Analyze fee and expenses, cashflow monitoring, fund performance, and other fund-related information for MPF and pension funds.
- Conduct custodian monitoring to fulfill MPFA and other regulators' requirements.
- Coordinate and review reporting for group consolidation, management reporting, and marketing purposes.
- Contribute to innovative initiatives to streamline work processes and improve workflow.
- Assist in the implementation of automation projects relating to order processing, valuation, and reporting.
- Develop reports to provide insights to business on investment activities.
- Liaise with external auditors, perform oversight, and monitoring on custodian, fund administrator, and fund managers.
- Assign and monitor tasks and projects to ensure completion within planned schedules.
- Coordinate audit visits by external auditors and internal audit teams, and take follow-up actions on issues identified.
- University graduate, preferably in business or finance-related subjects or equivalent.
- Over 6 years of relevant experience in investment reporting and fund operations.
- Familiarity with MPFA and other regulators' requirements on MPF funds.
- SFC RA 13 License Representative Qualifications.
- Collaborative, responsible, detail-minded person with a positive attitude, able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Access and Excel.
