Your Role
Mission
- Partner with relationship managers to deliver a unique investment experience and service to clients.
- Develop and deliver optimized investment solutions to clients through a team approach.
- Grow assets under management and managed solutions profitably.
Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with financial markets, the bank's views, research, and product offerings across the firm.
- Communicate the investment platform strategy and solutions to relationship managers, clients, and prospects.
- Collaborate with the investment platform in Geneva and Asia, leveraging the bank's product platform.
- Provide proactive advice and views on specific companies or sectors for sophisticated and active trading clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients and convert prospects into clients.
- Meet with clients and prospects, along with relationship managers.
- Determine clients' needs and prepare tailored investment proposals.
- Implement, monitor, and rebalance client portfolios.
- Execute trade orders and confirm execution to clients, either directly or through marketing assistants.
- Conduct risk suitability checks and sell investment ideas initiated by investment specialists.
Your Profile
Experience
- Hold a degree in finance-related subjects.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience as an investment specialist in multi-asset class advisory within the wealth management/private banking sector.
- Exhibit a strong client-focused attitude with a proactive mindset.
- Be independent, initiative-driven, mature, credible, and comfortable dealing with key clients and senior relationship managers.
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Show a strong sense of teamwork.
- Be rigorous, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Be willing to travel to Mainland China and Taiwan for client meetings if required.
