The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting expert to join our team. As our Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial and accounting functions, ensuring our company operates efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing accounting teams: Supervising our accounting teams in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam to guarantee timely completion of tasks and submission of reports.
- Developing financial strategies: Collaborating with department heads to create and implement effective financial plans and accounting systems for our Group.
- Maintaining compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Professional certifications: Holding a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance, along with relevant professional accounting certifications.
- Industry expertise: Possessing at least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with proven knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
- Language proficiency: Being proficient in Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
