Job Summary

JPC TEXSON LTD is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial and accounting activities for the Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounting teams, developing and implementing accounting systems and practices, and ensuring timely and accurate reports to management, local tax offices, auditors, and bankers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all finance and accounting activities for the Group
  • Plan and carry out accounting activities to maintain timely and accurate reports
  • Safeguard company assets, including cash, inventory, and fixed assets
  • Develop and implement accounting systems and practices
  • Manage accounting teams

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional accounting qualifications
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
  • Solid manufacturing exposure
  • Proficient in Chinese and English, including Putonghua
