The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in financial software and MS Excel, as well as excellent teamwork and communication capabilities. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with CPA qualification, is preferred. Previous experience in the charities and NGOs sector is also highly valued.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient project progress monitoring and funding reimbursement, as well as collecting and analyzing donation data to inform operational decision-making. They will also identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the payment and monitoring functions for charity activities.
  • Collaborate with grantee agencies to ensure efficient project progress monitoring and funding reimbursement.
  • Collect, analyze, and report donation data to facilitate operational decision-making.
  • Evaluate the performance of outsourced services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA qualification preferred.
  • 5-6 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in Charities and NGOs Sector.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
