Key Responsibilities
The Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing, Asia Pacific will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts in the Asia Pacific region. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new business revenue through the development of new customers, origination of placement deals, and progression of new business opportunities;
- Leading lease negotiations and contract structuring to facilitate smooth transactions and successful deal closures;
- Generating and coordinating aircraft leasing and portfolio trading projects within the Asia Pacific region as requested;
- Maintaining strong relationships with airline customers, financial institutions, OEMs, and other key industry stakeholders;
- Representing CALC Group at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities;
- Performing ad-hoc duties and business travel as assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Relevant education background in Business, Finance, Aviation or related field;
- At least 8 years' experience in the aviation related industry, with certain years' experience in aircraft leasing, focusing on sales and marketing;
- Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific aviation market, business models, and leasing structures;
- Successful track record of placing new and used aircraft;
- Expertise in contract negotiation and deal structuring;
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
- Self-motivated, good team player, customer-focused, result-oriented;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
