The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Hospitality and Membership Engagement
    • Manage the community bar during set working hours and provide high-quality service to members and visitors.
    • Take care of members' needs and enhance their experience through personalized support.
    • Support move-in and move-out processes for members.
    • Record and address members' needs in a timely manner.
    • Maintain active online and offline relationships with members.
    • Plan and evaluate activities based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact.
  • Building Operations and Management
    • Conduct walkthroughs to identify issues and escalate recurring problems to management or relevant teams.
    • Manage building operation-related tickets and respond to member concerns.
    • Oversee consumable inventory usage and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
    • Order consumables and manage vendors.
    • Maintain a good relationship with landlords and property management teams.
  • WeWork Product Support
    • Conduct building tours for prospective members.
    • Promote WeWork products and services to members and alert relevant teams when sales conversations arise.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
